Tradition

Over 400 Years of Tradition

Soba noodles have been a part of Japanese tradition for over 400 years, originating in the Edo period. While modern machines can now produce soba noodles quickly and efficiently, traditional soba artisans still undergo years of training to perfect their craft, ensuring the highest level of authenticity and quality.

At our establishment, we honor this centuries-old tradition by offering handcrafted, hand-rolled soba noodles made using authentic techniques.Even in an age of technological advancement, we remain dedicated to preserving this rich heritage. Our artisanal soba delivers the perfect balance of texture, flavor, and authenticity, allowing you to experience the true essence of Japanese cuisine.
